1.1 What if the item I am looking for is not on line?

1.2 Where are the Beddington's store locations and hours of operation?

1.3 Does Beddingtons have Gift Cards?

Yes we do!  You can purchase a Gift Card by calling 1-888-233-0808 Ext 110 or at any Beddington's location.  Gift Cards purchased from our customer service desk will ship for FREE!

1.4 Does my Beddington's Gift Card have any cash value?

Your Beddington's gift card is redeemable at any Beddington's store and at beddingtons.com towards the purchase of merchandise but cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, check or credit.

1.5 Does my Beddington's Gift Card have an expiry date?

Beddington's gift cards do not have an expiration date and will carry the balance that can be used until the entire value of the gift card has been depleted.  The gift card has no implied warranties and is not a credit card or debit card.

1.6 What can I do if my Gift Card is lost or Stolen?

If your Beddington's Gift Card is lost or stolen, please contact our customer service line at 1-888-233-0808 ext 110 as soon as possible and we will make every effort to issue a replacement card for you.  However, please note that your gift card is equivalent to cash and if stolen, it can be used by anyone at anytime.

1.7 Can I buy a Beddington's Gift Card on-line?

In addition to buying a Beddington's gift card at any one of our store locations, you can also purchase your gift card by contacting our customer service desk at 1-888-233-0808 ext 110.

Once your Beddington's gift card is purchased on line, your customer service team at Beddingtons will be happy to ship your gift card for free with Canada Post.  

1.8 Does Beddington's ship outside North America?

Your team at Beddingtons can ship your order anywhere in the world with Canada Post.  Please call 1-888-233-0808 ext 110 or by email at customerservice@beddingtons.com for further information.

1.9 Will I have to Pay Duty and Taxes for shipments to the USA?

For shipments outside of Canada, Beddington's is required by law to disclose the full value of the contents of your order and cannot alter the value.  Please be aware that you will be responsible for any duty, fees or taxes that may apply when clearing customs.

1.10 Can my Beddington's order ship to my P.O. Box?

Beddington's can ship your on line order to any address with Canada Post but all shipments will require a signature to confirm receipt of delivery.

1.11 What if my order was damaged in transit?

Beddington's will make every effort to carefully package your order for shipping and the majority of our orders arrive in perfect condition, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact our team at customerservice@beddingtons.com and we will do everything possible to make it right.

1.12 Help! I forgot my Beddington's username and/or password!

Not a problem!  If you have forgotten your username and password go to the "My Account" page and click on "recover password".  You can recover your lost account information by entering the email address that you used for registration and your account information will be e-mailed to you right away.

1.13 How can I find out if the product that I ordered is in stock?

Beddingtons.com is now "live-linked" to our stock on hand and will only list items that are available for immediate shipping.  If there is any problem shipping your order, we will reach out by email within 48 hours of receipt of your order.

1.14 How do I "unsubscribe" from the Beddington's email list?

There are two easy options to unsubscribe from our weekly email newsletters.

1.) At the bottom of each email newsletter, you will see a link to "unsubscribe".  Please click on the link and follow the easy instructions in the pop up window that appears.

2.) Send an email request to our team at customerservice@beddingtons.com and we'll be happy to take care of this for you.

 

1.15 How do I change my mailing or email address on beddingtons.com?

Please vist the "My Account" link on our website to update your personal information or by email at customerservice@beddingtons.com.

1.16 What products are available online?

A large range of our products are available online including bedding, bath and home decor and accessories. If you wish to purchase an item that is not listed on our website and sold only in our retail stores, please call our customer service line at 1.888.233.0808 x 0 between 9am - 5:00 pm EST and one of our customer service representatives will be available to help you with a special order. Also, please see our store locations page for a Beddington’s Store location nearest you. Please be advised that the selection may in some cases vary by store.

1.17 Do you match prices at your competition

If you find an identical item on line or in any store at a lower price than Beddingtons, not a problem!  We will gladly match the price for you up to 30 days after your purchase.

1.18 What payment options are accepted for on line orders?

We are happy to accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and valid Beddington's Gift Cards for payment on line.

We are not able to accept international credit cards (issued outside of North America) for payment.  For purchases outside of North America, we suggest using PayPal for a safe and secure payment method.

 

1.19 Are prices shown in Canadian or US Dollars?

All prices are in Canadian dollars.  If you are shopping from the USA, please select the USA Flag Icon at the top corner of your screen to display our prices in USA Dollars.

1.20 What taxes are charged on my order?

By Law, we will charge GST (5%) on all product shipped within Canada.  PST (8%) will also be charged for all product shipped in Ontario.

1.21 Will Beddington's Bed and Bath send an order confirmation via email?

Yes, for sure.  If you provide your email address when placing an order, we will send you a message confirming your order within 24 hours.

1.22 When is my credit card charged for my order?

Your order is only charged to your credit card on the day that it ships from Beddingtons...never in advance.

1.23 How can I find out the status of my order?

You will receive an email when we receive your order and again when it is ready for shipping (which will include a tracking number and shipping company).

1.24 How can I change or cancel my order with Beddingtons.com?

If you order has not shipped, we would be happy to modify or cancel your order as required.

1.25 What is your return policy?

We will gladly exchange or return your order within 14 days of receipt.  Some conditions apply and please click here to see our full return policy.

1.26 How do I return my on line order if I do not want to keep it?

Please call our customer service desk at 1-888-233-0808 ext 110 for help processing your product return.  You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item along with any duties and taxes that may apply to international orders.  Please use Canada Post or United States Postal Service for all return shipments.

You can also return an on line order to one of our stores (in person) if that is convenient for you.  Please remember to have your original order receipt and the credit card used to make the online purchase.

All returns must be in original condition and packaging and not washed or used.

Please allow 14 days for receipt and inspection of your returned product.  We will refund the total value of the merchandise purchased including any taxes that we charged but excluding any delivery charges, duties or fees. Adjustments to your credit card may take up to two billing cycles to appear.

1.27 How long do I have to wait to receive my refund?

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days.  Please note that your Bank may require additional time to process and post the transaction from Beddingtons.
