Most product returned WITH RECEIPT within 30 days of purchase, in "as new" ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER'S CONDITION & UN-OPENED PACKAGING wil qualify for a refund/exchange. Any refunds issued will be processed using the original method of payment.

We proudly stand behind our products for quality and workmanship, but for hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns/exchanges on any product that we believe has been washed, used, or altered in any way. For public health and safety, as well as hygienic reasons there are NO returns or exchanges offered on pillows, mattress pads, or duvets.
