Store Return Policy

OUR 30 DAY RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Most product returned WITH RECEIPT within 30 days of purchase, in "as new" ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER'S CONDITION & UN-OPENED PACKAGING will qualify for a refund/exchange. Any refunds issued will be processed using the original method of payment.

We proudly stand behind our products for quality and workmanship, but for hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns/exchanges on any product that we believe has been washed, used, or altered in any way. For public health and safety, as well as hygienic reasons there are NO returns or exchanges offered on pillows, mattress pads, or duvets. For quality and workmanship deficiencies please contact us within 90 days from date of purchase for a replacement or full refund with original proof of purchase.

Returning Merchandise Purchased Online to a Beddington’s Store Location:

Merchandise purchased online can also be returned to any one of our stores.  Please note: You MUST present your order confirmation with your merchandise when doing a store refund or exchange.  Without the order confirmation, no refund or exchange is possible.  Please remember the items must be in original condition and which excludes anything washed or worn.
