Online Return Policy
We are proud of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly provide a merchandise refund for your order within 30 days of receipt. We stand by our products for quality and workmanship however, for hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on a product that is not in its original condition and packaging which includes anything that has been washed or used.
All items returned to Beddington’s will be shipped prepaid by the customer. Feel free to contact us if you need to be advised on the best method of shipping. Goods shipped back to Beddington’s outside of Canada may incur extra duties and taxes. Returning Merchandise Purchased Online by Mail:
To exchange or return merchandise, (click here) just download our return formon the customer service page or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to have the form sent to you. Complete the Return Form indicating the reason for return or exchange and the action to be taken such as exchange or refund. Place the return form in the box with your merchandise. Please see below for mailing instructions.
Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive, inspect legitimacy and process your return. If the item(s) to be returned are deemed acceptable and in line with our return policy we will refund the total value of the merchandise purchased including any taxes you were charged but excluding ANY delivery charge(s) including any extra duties or fees. Adjustments to credit cards should appear within two billing cycles.

Returning Merchandise Purchased Online to a Beddington’s Store Location:
Merchandise purchased online can also be returned to any one of our stores. Please note: You MUST present your order confirmation with your merchandise when doing a store refund or exchange. Without the order confirmation, no refund or exchange is possible. Please remember the items must be in original condition and which excludes anything washed or worn. Shipping Charges are not refunded unless approved by customer service before going to the store.
