What products are available online?
A large range of our products are available online including bedding, bath and home decor and home accessories.
If you wish to purchase an item that is not listed on our website and sold only in our retail stores, please call our customer service line
at 1-888-233-0808 x 10, 9am - 4:30 pm EST and one of our customer service representatives will be available to help you with a special order.

by store.
I saw an item on another online store that is cheaper then on the Beddington's online shop.
Do you match the price?
If any online store has an item that you require and they are selling it at a cheaper price we will match that price.
The item must be the identical color, style and in stock in the size you need. Just call or send us an email directing
us to the other site (with specific product information) and we will verify detail including the price and match it
for you.
What taxes are charged? GST (7%) will be charged to all products being shipped in Canada. PST will be an

When is my credit card charged?
Items are charged to you when they ship, which is usually between 2 and 4 business days for in-stock items.
If an item is not available to be shipped immediately, you will not be charged until that item arrives
in our warehouse and is to be shipped.
How can I find out the status of an order placed online?
You will receive an email when your order has been placed, when it had been processed,
and again when it has been shipping (including a tracking number to track your order).
If your item is backordered of there has been a problem with processing an order, you will
receive an email notification or we will contact you by phone. Alternatively, you may call 1.888.233-0808 x 10,
5 days a week (mon-fri) , 8:30 am - 5:00 pm and ask us to check your
order status.
How can I make a change or cancel my order?
Please be advised that we try our best to ship within 48 hours of receipt of order. If we are contacted in regards to a
modification or cancellation after 24 hours of having that order placed, we may not be able to accomodate your request as the item
may have already been shipped. If this is the case we will make the necessary arrangements once you have contacted us.
However, if you realize that you made an error
immediately after placing an order we suggest you call our office and have your order number on hand.

What is Beddington’s Bed & Bath’s return policy?
We are proud of our products and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will gladly provide a merchandise refund for your order within 30 days of
receipt. We stand behind our products for quality and workmanship, but for hygienic reasons we cannot accept returns on
product that is not in original condition and packaging which includes anything washed or used.
How do I return merchandise?
Returns are easy, even if you have misplaced your return instructions.
To make a return, simply
indicate the reason for return and the action to be taken, such as replacement or refund. Place your instructions in the
box with your merchandise along with your receipt. Or, if you are
near any of our store locations, merchandise purchased online can be returned to any of our stores.
If you return your items to a Beddington's Bed & Bath store, please provide the original commercial invoice and have
your credit card on hand.
Please remember, the item must be in original condition and packaging which excludes
anything washed or worn in order for us to process your return.
Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive and process your return. We will refund the total value of the
merchandise purchased including any taxes you were charged but excluding any delivery charge (to or from) along with
extra duties or fees. Adjustments to credit cards should appear within two billing cycles.
Please note:All items returned to Beddington's will be shipped prepaid by the customer. Feel free to
contact us if you need to be advised on the best method of shipping. Goods shipped back to Beddington's outside of
Canada may incur extra ordinary duties and taxes upon return to Canada.

How long will I have to wait to receive my refund?
Once we have received your return your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process
and post this transaction after they receive the information from beddingtons.com
What is Beddington's Bed & Bath's pricing policy?
Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our online store may be
mispriced (because of technical glitches or typographical errors). Rest assured,
however, that we always verify prices as part of our shipping procedures.
If an items correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and
ship you the item.
If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price,
we will contact you to advise you of the price discrepancy and follow your instructions before shipping.

Can I purchase or redeem gift cards online?
Gift cards are available for purchase online and are also available at any of our Beddington’s Bed & Bath stores.

Does it cost to ship the Gift Card?
We will ship the gift card for free when you purchase it online. We will ship your
card via postal mail in 5-7 business days. If you would like the card delivered sooner we offer
express shipping at an additional charge. Please contact us at customerservice@beddingtons.com for
more express delivery of gift cards.
Is the Gift Card redeemable for merchandise only?
Yes, Beddington's Gift Card is redeemable only for Beddington's retail online
or in store for the purchase of merchandise. It cannot be redeemed or exchanged
for cash, cheque or credit.
Does the Gift Card have an expiration date?
The Gift card has no expiration date and will carry a balance and can be used
until the entire value of the gift card has been depleted. The gift card has
no implied warranties and is not a credit card or debit card.
What happens if my card is lost or stolen?
Beddington's will make every effort to replace a lost or stolen card, however,
please remember: your gift card is equivalent to cash and if stolen it can be used by anyone at anytime.
Your original sales receipt is required to replace the remaining balance of a lost or stolen Gift Card.

Gift Cards are intended for merchandise only and will not be redeemed for cash, cheque or credit notes.
What shipping options are available?
We offer two types of shipping: standard (from 5 to 14 business days depending on location and method)
and express delivery (3-4 business days).
Standard Delivery: Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Ottawa (Canada) and should arrive within 5 to 14 business days
of your order(7-14 for the Continental US). In the event of a delay, we will notify you by e-mail within 48 hours.
If there is a backorder on certain items on your order, we will advise you
and request your direction (ship complete or in stages). Unless directed specifically, we will wait until
your order is complete as this will be the most economical for you.

Shipping to the Continental U.S
All shipments to the U.S will be sent by Canada Post Expedited. (Please see below in our customs
clearance policy section for more info on delivery to the U.S) Delivery service may vary
due to uncontrollable circumstances with clearing international parcels though customs.
Any state or federal sales taxes payable for imported products are the responsibility of
the purchaser. Certain heavy or oversize items cannot be shipped outside of Canada.
U.S customers may be asked to supply FST# or Social Security Numbers as this is required by
US Customs. There may be a delay of delivery beyond our control as a result of clearing customs.
Customs Clearance Policy
Please be aware that customers from the Continental U.S will bear the sole responsibility for any taxes and
duties your local customs office may charge. We are required by law to disclose
the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. If you refuse
any shipment from beddington's bed & bath, you are still responsible for the original shipping
costs as well as any duties, taxes and customs charges. This amount will be subtracted from your
merchandise refund. Please note: We cannot be held responsible for customs actions (damage or duties, fees, etc)
upon opening your package, as well as any associated costs of returning the package to beddington's bed & bath.
Rush Delivery
We can arrange for rush delivery to most destinations. Just let us know which courier service you prefer
(otherwise we will choose the most economical) and we will add the shipping charge to your order.
For items that we have in stock, your expedited order should be
received within 2-3 business days. There are some exceptions to Rush Delivery, please email
us at customerservice@beddingtons.com for more information. Please be aware that we will always
search for the most economical way to ship your package.
Shipping Policy
We at Beddington's Bed & Bath will make every effort to ship your products within 48 hours of
receiving your order if your order is in stock. Our order and handling charge includes normal parcel post shipping.
Surcharges may apply for large or oversized items and/or if you live in an area (certain
northern or remote locations) serviced by an air stage point (Yukon, Nunavut, Northwest Territories).
We will choose the quickest, most economical method of shipment unless you contact us to do otherwise
ie: express delivery requests.
In most cases, your order will be sent via Expedited Canada Post within Canada. Products will be shipped
to the Continental U.S via Canada Post Expedited.
Shipping Rates
Because the shipping rate on orders will vary, the shipping charges have not been
added to your subtotal.

What is a Delivery Surcharge?
Because furniture, rugs and other large items are bulky and heavy, our couriers may charge
a higher rate for these items as the cost to ship is higher then smaller items. Therefore,
these items may have a delivery surcharge; we will contact you by email to notify you of this charge prior
to confirming and processing your order.
Can orders be shipped to a P.O. Box?
Items can only be shipped to a P.O. Box within Canada, using the Canada Post service.
We do not ship to a P.O Box that is outside of Canada
,or anyone within Canada who has chosen a method of shipment
other than Canada Post. We are also unable to send rush orders and extra large items to a P.O. Box.

When I submit credit card information online, is it secure?
beddington’s.com has sophisticated encryption and authentication tools to protect the security of your credit card
information, and we will always protect the security of your information on our systems. Specifically, every page in the
beddington’s bed & bath ordering process that requests credit card information uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption,
which is designed to render information unreadable should anyone try to intercept it.
Please be aware that protects the transmission of your information on our server, the transmission of your
information on your own server, via your service provider may not be 100% protected. Please contact
your service provider for more information.
To help ensure others will not have access to your credit card information while on our Web site, we urge you to sign
off on your account (log out) and close your browser window when you have finished your visit, especially if you are sharing a

Will Beddington’s Bed & Bath sell or rent my email address information to other companies?

as confirming or tracking your order, subscription or registration, analyzing trends and
statistics, informing you of our new products, services and offers.
Must I create an account to shop?
While it is not necessary to create an account, we encourage you to do so. Creating an
account gives you the ability to review your order history, with secure access to your account information. Plus, it makes it
easier for you the next time you shop with us. In addition, when we have special offers, you'll be the first to know.
Above all, it's simple - all we need is your name, your mail and email address, and a password. That's it!
Do I need to log in?
You don't have to log in order to browse our site. However, if you're registered, we only require a user name and
password to log into the site. You do have to log in however, in order to create a gift registry and in order
to place a purchase on our site.
If you have forgotten your username and password go to the "my account" page and click on "recover password".
You can recover your lost account information using by entering your valid e-mail address (the one you used for

How do I know if my items are available or if they're back ordered?
If the item you have ordered is not available for immediate shipment, we will notify you
within 48 hours. We will also provide you with the option to either
keep your order on file until the item is in stock or to cancel your order.
When you provide us with your email address we will notify you weekly of the backorder status
of your product. You will not be charged for products that you have ordered but are out of stock
until the item ships.
NOTE: Due to our relationships with our vendors, we can only sell to people for personal use. We reserve the right to refuse a
sale to anyone we feel may be reselling what they purchase.
How do I remove my name from your mailing list?
Just let us know and we'll take the necessary steps. Simply email us your name and address exactly as it appears on your
mailing label. Please allow one week for your request to be processed.
