How do I create a registry with Beddington’s?

Please visit any of our Store Locations to create a gift registry. Our sales representatives will guide you through the selection process and help you find everything you need.

At the present time we are unable to create or modify registries on our website. 


Can I make changes to my registry?

Definitely.You may add or delete items, or make changes to your personal information on your registry whenever you wish. Changes can be made at any one of our stores.

Will I be notified if items on my registry are on backorder, have been discontinued, or are no longer available for any reason?

Yes. If one of your guests attempts to purchase something from your registry that is no longer available, one of our Sales Associates will contact you. You will then be able to add something else to your registry if you wish, or we may be able to recommend a comparable product in its place.  


Where can gifts from my registry be purchased?

Gifts from your registry can be purchased at any one of our stores. If you have guests who are unable to visit one of our store locations, they may also purchase a gift from your registry by contacting a Customer Service Representative toll free at: 1.888.233.0808 x 110. 


How often are registry purchases updated?

Your registry is updated when any one of your guests purchases an item from your registry at any one of our stores, or when then have placed an order from your registry by phone. While Beddington’s Bed & Bath makes every effort to ensure all of the registries in our system are kept up to date, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to inform our Sales Associates or Customer Service Representatives at the time of purchase that they are purchasing for a specific gift registry.


What if I receive duplicate gifts, or if I want to exchange an item?

Should you wish to exchange an item or product you received, you may do so within 30 days after your registered event date. The item/product you are exchanging must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition/packaging. 

If you received a gift receipt with the item, please provide this to the Sales Associate for the exchange or to receive store credit for the value of the item/product at the time it was purchased by your guest. If you do not have a gift receipt, you may still exchange the item/product or receive a store credit at its last sale price.


How do I find a registry?

Simply visit any Beddington’s Bed & Bath store location and one of our Sales Associates will be able to search for a registry. You may also inquire about a registry by phoning one of our Customer Service Representative toll free at: 1.888.233.0808 x 110. 


How do I know if an item on a gift registry is on back order or is no longer available?

When searching for an item from a registry the Sales Associate or Customer Service Representative, who is assisting you, will inform you if the item is on back order. They will also let you know whether or not the item can be transferred or special ordered in time for the registered event. When you wish to purchase an item from a registry that is no longer available, we will notify the individual(s) who created the registry so they can add/remove or replace the unavailable item(s) on their registry. You may still choose to purchase other items on their registry that are still available, or alternatively, you can also purchase a Beddington’s Gift Card in any denomination.


Can I purchase an item from a gift registry online?
 
At the present time you are unable to purchase an item from a gift registry online. You can however purchase any item from a gift registry and put a note on your order, and we will ensure that your purchase is applied to the appropriate registry.
